Mr. Shrimp. I loved that guy, and that place. I had exactly the same experience. Eventually, he warmed up and turned out to be a pretty nice guy. I went there a few times and let him pick what he thought i'd like. I was very sad when I heard he passed away. The new Mr. Shrimp is pretty great too.
