---AP doesn't have that problem. It did for short periods of time but
realize this.
1. Would you want to freeze your ass off in Buffalo?
2. Live in Detroit? (I actually know a few people there that love
it). Same there - freeze....
3. Youngstown Oh. Ditto.
They don't have want AP was given:
The Ocean and another mile west.
AP got rid of most of the vacant properties years ago, a good
majority of which east of main.
Over the 5 years, much has been done. BUT there is still more to go
and more to take advantage of, esp since there is money around.
Empty lot: Springwood, Memorial.
Why not take an action to BUILD new housing to replace Boston
Village? Take it down.
