They blame the housing market, But they had problems prior to that a
few years ago.
Overall, many Realtors are hurting. Time to actaully work for their
money and a good time if your a seller to negoiate the commission.
Even if your a buyer, you can use the commission as a weapon to bring
the price down. However, don't try that with my broker or old-timers.
In a hot market, 6% is like winning the lottery. In a cold market,
you;ll be told how hard they have to work.
