Actual development, and really making an effort to consider the music tourism opportunity that Asbury Park has. Asbury Park could be crafted into a version of Austin TX if the correct effort were made. We have, and have always had, a well respected and productive music scene. If we let that wane it would be tragic. If we develop it, money could be made and AP could regain it's truly unique character. Our proximity to NYC is also a plus in this scenario.
