Right now Partners needs to work closely with Madison M.
Why? Partners has a choke hold on this city for another 25 years. They
only took on MM when the city got tough with the DRA. After a while,
Partners starting feeling its oats again with MM because the pressure
is off. There is no love loss between Partners and MM.
The only way Partners could possibly be kept in line is to continually
harass them with litigation.
