I have had a unit for rent for nearly four months. We completely redid it over the summer. Right now we're offering a free month's rent, and still not getting any interest. It is a first floor unit on Eighth, in a so-so building, but it does have its own entrance. I realize there are a ton of units for rent right now, but am I missing something that is causing to not get rented out?
