Great question Dan and I'm sorry I don't know the answer (not my 
area).  My gut tells me that the lease is a property right of the 
law firm, not really a debt.

Not really sure how that would work.

However, that building is not in bankruptcy.  It is before a 
chancery judge.  It was an REI building, and they got caught in that 
alleged Ponzi scheme.

That was all the news until Dwek knocked them off the front pages 
with a much bigger scandal.
