I have a friend who needs an apartment for rent in AP for about
$700/month. Also, he has a dog. He owns a local business and, as far
as I know, he is a responsible person. He is also quite handy and I
believe has construction experience. So, if someone perhaps needs
someone to live in a multi-unit dwelling and be on hand to help out,
that may be possible. Or, if someone lives here part time and would
like someone to live in a carriage house and look after the property,
that would also be a possibility. If anyone knows of anything, please
