I really liked thge excuse that Frank Pallone has not earmarked money for the West Side Community Center because of fears that George Bush might veto the measure! (LOL!) Rupublicans are upset with Bush because in 7 years he hasn't vetoed a spending measure. I highly doubt he'll end that streak to Veto Asbury Park's West Side Community Center.
