I get the pool concept. I'm not a big believer in polls. You'd get
the same results from Lord's Valley, PA.

People rather drive to scranton 40 minutes then have a mall built in
the wood next to them. Why? Because quite a few came from Long Island
and NYC to escape and rather drive 2 hours to work. It's affordable.

The malls (and "life-style" centers) are an ever changing mix to draw
people in - to stay and mingle.

That's what a boardwalk is. The issues now is how to use the natural
draw of the boardwalk and water in the summer to create something
that the "new" thinkers will enjoy.

Will it be pork roll, cheese and a coke or cosmos with sushi. Or both?

PS, kids over 4 will enjoy the 18in pool as well. Ad some water guns
and anything else annoying and you have a homerun. Go to sesame
place, GreatAdventure, the Poconos
(http://www.greatwolf.com/Locations/Poconos/)....interesting stock to
watch btw....

WATER, WATER, WATER for the kids and booze and spas for the parents.

We had a garden hose, deal lake and a friends pool.
