It'll do no good for now to have these mismanaged companies all go
under, which they are now. The market got what some experts were
saying for two or more years, take the cash and stick it under a
mattress. So you think Kushner was stupid for getting out when he
did?
Look at Hov down under $3. Remember the "sale of the century" not so
long ago. You'd think their stock would. Boring and they're floating
alot of funny money now.
Wow. Look at the market close. "Can't go any lower, can it?
So are there buys TODAY? IF you have a couple free $ - what should
you do?
Look at North Beach. Are prices getting lower? Will Madison M keep
their pricing on Wesley? Are these buying "opportunities" or not? Who
is gogin to give you money if there are 40 other units of similiar
style available?? And oif they go rentals, that means they get CO's
and tax money comes in.
Should AP offer "abatements" to spur some sales downtown?? Some tax
vs no tax?
