No reason to make it free.
$1.00 to park should be FREE, but to go pay at least $80 for a bite
and a drink?
PRemium outlets wanted 8.00 to valet your car..... and there were
people who had their cars valet parked.
The merchants can always give a $1.00 off the final bill if they felt
it really made a difference.
Good service, good food, drinks, weather or something else you offer
brings people in.... if you don't have people want, they aren't
coming in. Another fact of life in the business world.
