>From the Commercial Tenants - Mercantile License fees

>From the Streets - Parking Fees (NOT)

We need to know how much, what the trend has been for the past several
years, what the basis or valuations are for the buildings, etc...
Are the collections actually being done? Are mandatory payments
(taxes) up to date?... etc...
