That's why, looking at the purchase of the Berk, given all the other
factors to "rehab" they did ok buying it. Again, given all the factors
around it. Like Location. Opp for liquor and other services they can
have there. Banquets etc.
And for some reason that place seems to be haunted as well thorugh the
years.
