Well it's not the "Marilyn on Munroe"....
The official tax records are "Monroe"
The Coaster, Press and all high-rise data show "Monroe" towers...
which I think is a great building with really great potential.
I'd start by cleaning the exterior and go with the led lighting....
All I can think of is "earl the pearl" mOnroe. seems like yesterday
when the knicks were practicing at Monmouth college and this kid I
knew went in the locker room and swiped his warm-up. He tried for
frazier's lic. plate but didn't get it....
