Hi Mario -
Was the charge theft? Or failure to meet a deposit to the Feds?
If it was a deposit then the money would cover it - wasn't there a 
midnight deadline? Doesn't sound like theft to me if there was a 
midnight deadline...
Please check this out. I won't be able to sleep...
