It is hilarious and sad about what happens when therapists leave NYC for thier month long vacation in the month of, you guessed it, August! The AP library should have a copy. Don't know if it's still in print. It's quite thick, but you can't put it down once you start reading it. A sort of "Catcher in The Rye", type book!
