First things first:
1. Why is the light still blinking at Kinglsey, Asbury and Cookman aves. Ok -
there must be a logical reason? Someone lose the key to the box?
2. Why not number more spaces around the Sunset lake - since that's where so
many people park to to go to CH and the Paramount.
or.. make free parking along Monday to Friday in the summer until 5 pm...
