More new programs. How confusing can you make it for the kids??
Given $90m, I just came up with to try:
1. Just eliminate the current system.
2. Use the money and hire EACH kid a private tutor for four hours a day, then
send the kid into a group of 10-15 for study and hw time.
3. Take extra money and rebuild some housing in the city and remove the 1950'
era barrack housing.
Save a ton on admin costs and legal fees.
Nothing else seems to work.
I like my idea.
