I guess this is where my conservative side comes out.........

I'm not for the mission by any means, it will do nothing but cause more 
problems that we don't need. Our Police Dept can barely handle the crime now. 
Last thing we need are people hanging around with their brown bags on the 
corners, passed out on steps etc.

It will happen, and it will cause issues.
