Sunday night I watched two plows "trying to work" together, and all they did
was move snow to the middle of the road
You could tell they didn't have the skillset or know-how
That was the last time I saw a plow

The issue is not money... recall that the City has not had any problem spending
money it does not have for the past decade.
The problem is not having the skill set to deal with this. The two most
experienced public works employees were relieved/fired/retired last month.
