Good points but the CAFRA permit can be amended. I do not see a hotel there. I
do agree Esperanza is a natural hotel site but also the slated hotel site
proximate to the Carousel is optimum. The Casino as rebuilt can house many
uses, recreation, restaurants, banquet hall, markets, museums, theaters etc. It
all needs to be tied together with the existing Casino building the Carousel
and the hotel site. Sometimes you need to think big.
