On the beach ordinance, we're into the 21st century and since the revolution of the 60's, who cares what anyone is wearing? I say take the regulation off the books! Asbury wants to be visitor friendly. Channel 5 and Channel 12 were on, "live" this morning, asking visitors what they thought. My thought is, throw the regulation out! If you're swimming, sun-tanning or whatever, people have to go onto the boardwalk, if not, but for a bottle of water! Nothing personal, but what era is SHE living in?
