Has anyone heard anything on who the buyer is or what is planned?
This place has been such a source of crime and arrests I am thrilled to see it
finally being purchased. The press release from the reality company said major
renovations are planned and I know everyone needs to be out by March 31.
So, anyone know anything? I have been amazed at how quiet it has been around
what is a pretty big deal.
