Is this the "hanging chad" of the East Coast? I'm just sayin' what does the law dictate on a board of election voiding all of these ballots? I voted by mail in the last presidential election. I was displaced by Sandy and was staying in Wash. DC. My sick husband was allowed to "fax" his vote to Freehold and he did. I don't get it and refusing to state why smells!
