Hi Nithin,
If you have difficulty accessing via the SVN protocol (we have seen this
in particular with the IITs in India in the past) then you have two
options currently. First is to use the Launchpad mirror of our trunk
code, see here: https://code.launchpad.net/~jdpipe/ascend/trunk. Second
is to use an SSH or VPN connection from your university in order to
access a machine from which SVN protocol is permitted.
I note that you can also *browse* recent changes via our 'code' website,
http://code.ascend4.org/viewvc/code/branches/, although the Launchpad
mirror unfortunately doesn't give you access to that stuff.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
JP

Hi,
actually in my college the ssh is blocked. So svn co svn://ascend4.org
<http://ascend4.org> is showing the error
"svn: Can't connect to host 'ascend4.org <http://ascend4.org>':
Connection timed out"
is there any way to get source code using http or https(the ports
opened in network) connection ?
