Hi,
Thanks for your interest in ASCEND.
Please go through the manual http://ascend4.org/Building_ASCEND, which
provides instructions regarding building ascend tool on linux platforms.
You would require the build tool "SCons" (http://www.scons.org/) to be
installed. We encourage you to get familiar with scons, as it's a good ting
to start with.
However, have a look at the projects section
http://ascend4.org/Student_projects, let us know if any of the projects
interest you.
The link for the bug tracker is http://bugs.ascend4.org. Feel free to
contribute.
