Hi all,
I am Dhrumil Patel, a 3rd year undergraduate student from International
Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT-H), India. I am
currently pursuing a 5 year dual degree course comprising of B Tech in
Computer Science and MS (by research) in Computational Natural Sciences. I
am a motivated programmer and I am being studying Chemistry since my
freshman year, as it is part of my current projects. I have gone through
your project idea lists which was very decent but the project "FPROPS" drew
my attention and am willing to contribute to the same.
Why this Project? Because it stands at the confluence of my areas of
interest which include Programming, Mathematics and Physical
Chemistry(especially Thermodynamics and Fluid properties).
Relevant Courses that I have pursued:
Selected Topics in Physical Chemistry
Statistical Mechanics and Thermodynamics
Computational Natural Sciences Lab
Discrete Maths, Linear Algebra, Algorithms,Optimization Methods(From Maths
point of view)
I believe that I have required expertise in this project as I have relevant
knowledge.
Coding Skills:
I am very good at Python and C.
It seems that most of the part of the project overlaps with my project
work. It will be an honor to contribute to ASCEND community.
As of now I am trying to solve some bugs, But it would be a great help if
you give me a specific direction to go on.
