The problem is that dblatex does not follow the docbook standard,
<bibliomixed> is a "cooked" entry, it should not have numbering or
anything else added since asciidoc does the formatting of the
reference.  This allows non-numbered reference standards like Harvard
references [blah95].  FOP works correctly.

It would be better to see if you could turn off numbering in dblatex.
