Hi,
I'm generating htmlhelp (a CHM file) using Asciidoc (a2x + Microsoft HTML
Workshop).
If I do this:

Configuration
-------------
Blah blah
Subsection 1
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Text of subsection 1
Subsection 2
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Text of subsection 2
Subsection 3
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Text of subsection 3

The three subsections under "Configuration" end up in the same page in the
CHM, one after the other. I'd like to have three separated pages.
I tried by adding page breaks ('<<<') but either I'm doing something wrong
or it does not work properly:

Configuration
-------------
Blah blah
Subsection 1
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Text of subsection 1
<<<
Subsection 2
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Text of subsection 2
<<<
Subsection 3
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Text of subsection 3
