Are there any tools for making asciidoc tables and/or diagrams showing bitfield packing that are comparable in functionality to the LaTeX bytefield package?
http://ctan.math.washington.edu/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/bytefield/bytefield.pdf These sorts of tables rapidly get very tedious to code by hand in asciidoc markup. Something that took a bytefield-like input format and generated SVG and PDF diagrams using the same fonts as the document text would be helpful, as an alternative. Obviously I could use an SVG editor myself, but that would be little improvement over writing raw asciidoc table markup.
