Reliably is right now impossible because the goal of "bundles" would be to pack everything that a system requires to work and right now this is simply not specified by an ASDF file, which is a pity, but a corretable problem nevertheless. There are paths out of here, though, and they do not require waiting for 3.0, I believe.
