Seems to work now. The problem was that some IP ranges contained mistakes (e.g. ending was higher that start). I'd advice you valide that file upon startup and inform a user about wrong ranges.

Now, when I run index, I still see:

However, this server is 194.67.35.196 and is not on the list. There might be
a spylog counter on one of the initial server's I have in aspseek.conf, but
I guess this has nothing to do with adding this URL to my index.

Any suggestions?
 

Check "urlword.deleted" for this URL. If you have "Server" directive for site, 2 URLs from that site are inserted into "urlword" on "index" startup.
