This is probably due to a known bug in 1.2.8 (caused by development of
Apache module). Now s.cgi doesn't get template file with the same name.
This bug is not yet fixed in CVS; hope we will fix it before releasing
1.2.9 (but nobody yet knows).

You can either use tmpl=file.htm argument, or recompile aspseek with
different --prefix configure flag so s.cgi will look for template in
another dir.
