This was not a good way to trust the file name coming from the internet,
so probably we won't fix tmpl= parameter.
Basically, you have two other ways to use different template files
(not counting the way where you recompile s.cgi:)
1) Use ASPSEEK_TEMPLATE environment variable. You can set it in
Apache config, like this:
<VirtualHost 128.241.21.30>
DocumentRoot /home/httpd/onesite.com
ServerName www.onesite.com
SetEnv ASPSEEK_TEMPLATE /path/to/templates/onesite.htm
</VirtualHost>
And the same for each host, or directory, you have.
2) Rename s.cgi, for example en.cgi will look for en.htm, and
ru.cgi will look for ru.htm
