Hi, I need to know the exact preamble structure of the openLogicalChannel message. That is exactly how many bits, and what each bit represent and so on.... I do have the ITU-T recomms, but I'm sure that you will agree that you need to be an expert on the subject in order to really understand those docs. Is there anybody who can help me with this ?
