[ASN.1] How to get number of encoded bits or padding bits??

Hi
 The ossEncode() function will encode the structure into a buffer and pad
trailing bits with zeros, so that encoded buffer size is a multiple of 8
bits. This function outputs number of BYTES of encoded buffer in OssBuf
structure. Then, how do we know number of trailing padding bits added by
OssEncode() function??
