says: This arc contains a sub-arc for each country with a 3-digit number 
assigned by ISO 3166. These numbers can be seen at: 
ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/country-codes
which associates 756 to Switzerland (756).

I'll create a webpage for ch(756) under country(16).
