Salut buat telkom kalau ini benar adanya. Mungkin telkom sudah berpendapat harga bandwidth harus diturunkan secara perlahan, karena internet sudah merupakan hajat hidup orang banyak.
Kalau boleh berandai2 dikit nich? Kita (ISP2 sama warnet) ni ibarat tukang-tukang perahu di sebuah penyebrangan sungai, yang ketakutan kalau pemerintah membangun jembatan di atas sungainya.... Pingin jadi tukang perahu truss...???
