Agak ironis memang, namanya perusahaan telekomunikasi.. tapi ternyata tidak komunikatif dengan usernya.... khususnya masalah komplain.. atau komunikasinya telkom itu model 1 arah/keluar/one way sajakah? Arah kebalikannya/masuknya hanya untuk terima uang sajakah?
