Masalahnya bukan di IP Addressnya tapi di identd responnya. Kalo pake static IP Address di client anda tinggal aktifkan saja di mIRC (Kalo pake ini). Kalo anda pake NAT, mungkin anda install ident daemon di router anda tentunya ident yg support masq.
