Lho... :) Mau pakai apa nih limiternya? Kalau saya sih sukanya pakai Debian Linux di posisi Server Limiter. Dan biasanya pakai CBQ untuk shapernya atau kadang2 pakai HTB.
Terserah aja sih mau pakai program apa untuk limiter.
