Pusing saya ngomongin EULA, emang anda2 ini orang Hukum ya ?
gelarnya Sajana Hukum ya ?
kalo bukan, ngga usah ngeributin EULA, ngga bakalan ngerti anda2 semua, bahasa
hukum tu dibikin supaya semua orang binun ..................
emang anda pikir yg bikin tu EULA si Bill Gates dan orang2 marketingnya MS ?
Salah besar !!!!!!!!!!!!! di mana2, yg biki soal perjanjian hukum tu ya orang
Hukum, either si MS punya in-house lawyer, atau sewa lawyer dari kantor lawyer
buat urusan bikin EULA.
Kalo mau bahas EULA, kita panggil orang Hukum yg terkenal macam Pak Ruhut
Sitompul, nah, terus didiskusikan dech dgn lawyernya MS. Gitu, Selesai. Period.
Gitu aja repot.
Ngga ada ceritanya perusahaan bikin EULA sendiri. Semua urusan hukum dibikin
sama orang hukum, orang laen ngga ngerti. Takut sama pengadilan ya panggil
orang hukum dong...........
