Saya pelanggan TELKOM Speedy 384 mengalami hal yg sama dan sudah berlangsung
lebih kurang 2 mingguan, yg saya rasakan akses internationalnya makin hari
makin lambat saja.

situs lainnya lokal ,kaliee :)
coba situsnya yang ada di luar, kayaknya lelet juga
sih:)
jika demikian ISPnya jelek enggak bisa konek dengan
luar, hanya untuk server dalam negeri
