Kementerian mana? Kominfo kan udah Departemen? Dinasnya sudah ada di Daerah. Tapi tempatku masih gabung sama Gubernuran yang namanya PDE (Pusat Data Elektronik). Pada intinya kebijakan Depkominfo ini di tindaklanjuti di PDE. Tapi GNOS dan IGOS ini koq aku gak pernah dengar, yah? :-(
