Saya pernah ngalamin gak bisa sending and receiving email pake POP3, konflik sama Norton AntiVirus 2003, somehow NAV ngecek incoming and outgoing email tp ada bugs-nya. Kalau pake NAV, coba disable NAV, bila pelu coba uninstall.
