boleh ngak saya minta sedikit contoh ... seperti ngimana cara setting biar semua ip hanya dapat max 15KBps dan kalau download file2 .mov .mp3 .avi dll hanya bisa dapat 5Kbps dan kalau satu ip download 2 file maka masing2 file kira2 dapat 2.5 Kbps jadi sisa nya bisa buat brousing .
