waktu itu, pelaku tidak me-log off komputernya. Dia langsung keluar.
Seandainya komputer mati atau restart, pasti ada pesan di billing : ada
koneksi ... terputus.
Kali itu tidak ada pesan karena memang komputer hang, tidak mati/restart.
klo hardisk hilang bisa gak ketahuan, perlu di check keamanan komputer
itu, apa gak dibaut, apa billingnya gak bisa liat kalo komputer client
hang.. harusnya kita chek kalo komputer client hang, kita tanyakan apa
perlu dibantu ? dst..
