Sepengetahuan saya, Beli PC ya ng OSnya OEM, biasanya diberikan CD Windows untuk PC tersebut yang gunanya bisa untuk recovery seperti layaknya notebook yang mepunyai CD recoverynya yang didalmnya sudah ada WIndows. Jika harus memasukan Serial key dari windows tersebut, kemungkinan bisa Serial tersebut belum divalidasi oleh Microsoft sendiri. Dimana setiap update Windows di Web, web tersebut akan mengecek ke absahan dari windows yang kita miliki. CMIIW -- Salam,
