Kalo anda pakai linux sebagai router maka tinggal dimasukkan dalam iptables IP address client yg boleh dan tidak boleh konek ke internet. Kalo memblok untuk tujuan IP address tertentu, bikin aja static route, misalnya: ip route aaa.bbbb.ccc.ddd gw hhh.iii.jjj.kkk dimana hhh.iii.jjj.kkk adalah sembarang IP LAN yg tidak aktif.
